WARRANTY

Gate-In-Box-Inc. warrants your Assuragate to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 YEARS from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in your Assurgate covered by this warranty, Gate-In-A-Box Inc. will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as intended and recomended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifcation, improper storage conditions, lightning strikes, spontaneous combustion, alien attack, or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements. This warranty is only and specifcally for the Assuragate and IN NO WAY COVERS WARPING GATE POSTS, nor does it cover checking, cracking, splitting, or warping in the wood as wood is a natural product and these are not considered defects. It is expected that the posts the Assuragate are mounted to are installed properly and understood that if a gate post warps as they sometimes do, it will require adjusting or replacing depending on how severe the post has warped. An example of post warping is illustrated by the image below.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Should the product require warranty coverage, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Gate-In-A-Box Inc. will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, damage to equipment, property and or persons, lost avings, lost profts, lost data, or inability to use this product. In no event will Gate-In-A-Box Inc. be liable for more than the purchase price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. Gate-In-A-Box Inc. disclaims any other warranties, express or implied.By installing or using this product, the user accepts all terms described herein and will only be covered if the warranty card supplied with the specifc product is flled out properly and sent back to the manufacturer within the expect time frame listed on the card, 30 calander days from date of purchase.
